Shalini brings over a decade of experience in HR and talent management. She has a proven track record of implementing strategic HR initiatives, leading cultural transformations, and driving organizational growth. Shalini is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Cumbria, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to excel in the HR field.
