Embracing Entrepreneurship: From Corporate Leadership to Startup Support
As I embark on this new chapter of my career, transitioning from the corporate world to entrepreneurship, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey that has led me to this point. With over two decades of experience in strategic leadership roles within HR/People functions across diverse industries, the decision to start my own business was not one made lightly.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working alongside amazing CEOs and executive teams, witnessing firsthand the challenges and triumphs of building and scaling successful companies. Yet, amidst these experiences, I couldn't shake the nagging realization that many startups were lacking crucial HR support due to budget constraints. It was this realization that ignited the spark for The Fractional CHRO.
I'll admit, the prospect of starting something entirely on my own initially filled me with fear and doubt. Could I really do this? However, as I delved deeper into my passion for executive coaching and facilitating teams, I found renewed confidence. I realized that my skills and expertise could make a tangible difference in the success of emerging CEOs and their teams.
At The Fractional CHRO, my mission is clear: to bridge the gap for startups by offering executive coaching, leadership facilitation, and fractional HR services. I understand the unique challenges startups face and am dedicated to providing tailored solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
But perhaps what gives me the greatest courage to pursue this venture is my role as a mother to my amazing 5-year-old daughter, Kaira. Through her, I've learned the importance of standing boldly in the face of new adventures, embracing passion, and exuding confidence.
So, while the fear of failure may linger, I am ready to take the leap. I invite you to join me on this journey, to visit my website, share this article, and help spread the word. Together, we can empower startups and pave the way for their success.
Thank you for your support.
